Associated eLearn Module:  Stress Tolerance

 

I hear so many students saying that they are stressed out. I know going to school brings a bunch of added stress to our lives. I get it, I am a student as well and there are times that the stress is completely overwhelming. It is in those times you need to stop and think about your skills and abilities in dealing with stress. Chances are, you are not practicing what you know about managing your own stress. Here is the chance for a refresher!  Build the skills that can help you manage and lower your stress response.

 

Today…take the Stress Tolerance Questionnaire from the eLearn Module under the same name. I have linked a copy to make it that much easier!! This will help you to assess how well you are doing. Use the tips in the Stress Tolerance eLearn module to help add some coping skills to your life as a student.
