eLearn Module: Flexibility
“It is not how smart you are; but how you are smart” Dr. Howard Gardner – Psychologist – Multiple Intelligences
To be successful a successful student, it is important that you take a break from your studies and spend a little valuable (…actually crucial!) time learning more about your intelligence strengths (Multiple Intelligences) and how you should best apply those strengths (Learning Styles). I know, I know, I can hear you from The Square @ Mohawk College screaming “but I don’t have time!!!” Yes, I know, it is exam time and I know some of you are still cramming in some of the last minute information for your final exams. Since you are a little low on time, I assume you would probably be interested in using the little amount of time that you have more effectively. Oh come on, just try it 😉
Today…learn more about your learning strengths and style…
Take the Multiple Intelligence Inventory (80 Questions – Approximately 10 minutes) and learn more about how you are smart. This will make you feel good about your strengths and motivate you keep persevering through exam season.
Take the Learning Styles Self-Assessment (30 Questions – Approximately 3 minutes) and learn more about how to best apply your learning style to study and remember the information better.
*Here is a quick tip for encouragement…all the answers to the above assessments are super easy…they are all about YOU!
