eLearn Module:   Self Actualization

Most of you are done your exams tomorrow. Good for you for persevering through, probably the most challenging time of the school year. Studying hard, balancing all your life demands while prioritizing your education really shows you what you are made of! Yes, you can graduate with a college diploma and have a life with a job that you love.

Today…remember all the mind tricks, motivation strategies, perseverance skills that you used to get through this academic year. Use this information about yourself in the difficult times, when you are feeling more negative about your abilities. Use it to show yourself that you have “proof” that you can get through the next challenge because you already have done so in your past 🙂

Self Actualization is about pushing yourself beyond what you “think” or “feel” that you are capable of only to find yourself closer to the best version of you. Push yourself and surprise yourself!

Remember to sign up for the eLearn modules by clicking on the SELF REGISTRATION link on your eLearn home page. Take the Self Actualization Questionnaire from the eLearn Module under the same name and check out the rest of the module because I have more hints, tips and tricks that can help you stretch and grow in the area of Self Actualization. Come on! Join me in this “become the best version of “you” journey!
